What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting, developing, and growing our in-home sales team.
- Coaching designers through 1-on-1 sessions training.
- Building strong individual relationships while holding people accountable.
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and (when needed) offboarding team members.
- Enforcing and reinforcing a proven, process-driven sales system.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure team success.
- Handling conflict proactively with radical candor and professional clarity.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years' experience managing salespeople.
- 1–5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of price negotiations and deal structuring.
- Utah-based only – this is an in-office, in-person.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. CRM or design software experience is a plus.
- College degree preferred but not required.
