Location: In-Office Only (Utah Candidates)

Schedule: Full-Time | M–F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating Saturdays

Closets by Design – Salt Lake City is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious, high-performing Sales Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting, developing, and growing our in-home sales team of 20+ reps.
  • Coaching designers through 1-on-1 sessions (8+ per week) and group training.
  • Building strong individual relationships while holding people accountable.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and (when needed) offboarding team members.
  • Enforcing and reinforcing a proven, process-driven sales system.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure team success.
  • Handling conflict proactively with radical candor and professional clarity.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing salespeople.
  • 2–5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of price negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Utah-based only – this is an in-office, in-person leadership position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. CRM or design software experience is a plus.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
